I purchased a car for my son from Skip and I have never had a better car buying experience. No pressure no hidden fees, no hassle. The car is in great shape and my son is enjoying it very much.

I have never had such an easy experience buying a car. I have purchased new and used vehicles over the years and we were in and out in under 3 hours I believe. No hard selling just narrowed down what we needed from the selection and started the process. Van runs great with lots of room for the family. Thanks Skip for the great conversation and no stress afternoon.
I seldom write reviews but I have to write one for Skip! First, Skip is very personable and never treated me like I couldn’t afford the vehicle. He advised me of all the minor imperfections of the vehicle. I advised him the vehicle would be a gift for my nephew who’s going off to college in the fall. I needed a dependable vehicle to get him thru the next 3 years. He doesn’t charge dealers fees which was a godsend. Every other dealer I went to was adding at $750-$1200 in dealer fees. Family auto is a hidden gem with very decent vehicles. My nephew will be driving a nice 2016 Lincoln MKT town cars. It was the perfect cash car in the price range I was looking for. I would definitely recommend family auto to any of my friends and family!

Best experience buying a vehicle by far! Their wasn't a salesman pitch or atmosphere from Skip. I can see this dealer has his mechanic go through any new vehicles he gets in cause the man has boxes of parts in his office and ordering them as I walked in while his mechanic is out back working on them. The truck I bought was in excellent shape and the price was more then fair. After a month I'm absolutely satisfied with this vehicle and the experience I had with Skip and his dealership! I recommend to my circle and anybody else to check this place out if you are in the market for a car or truck.

This place is amazing! Skip is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He listens to what type of vehicle would fit your lifestyle then proceeds to show you what he has that might be in your budget and to your liking. I felt no pressure to get anything that I didn’t want which unfortunately isn’t the case most places you go. I bought my car as is and he has helped me with it since I’ve taken it off the lot, working with me however necessary to get anything I might need taken care of. I hadn’t ever gone to a car lot on my own to get a loan on a vehicle (as an adult) and it was honestly a pleasant experience!! 110% recommend
